What to Expect
Now that you are ready to take the next step in the planning process, just give us a call or fill out an event quote. We will work with you to identify your wedding day tent needs. We will use that information to prepare the tents size and a custom layout for your wedding. We will prepare and send that information over to you with a quote and welcome packet that provides more information about our products and services. Once you have reviewed that information we can make any adjustments necessary to the quote and layout. Please keep in mind that we can always meet you onsite to review your needs and the flow of your wedding. After the reservations is booked, guests counts will change, we can always make modifications to your quote and layout up to 1 week in advance. We will will schedule your delivery and pick up time window one week in advance of your wedding at that time we would request final numbers so that we can prepare the trucks for your delivery. Our professionally trained delivery staff will install your tent and items so that they are all set for your wedding day. Once your event is over we will come by and remove the items.
Custom Wedding Tent Layouts
Visualizing what the tent layout will look like helps with your planning process, seating chart, spacing and overall flow of your event. That’s where we come in. Once you have your needs and guests count identified, we can work with you to develop the tent layout based on the various wedding rental items you prefer under the tent. Below are guidelines or rough estimates for how large of a tent you would need for the corresponding guests counts with a dance floor and with out. When determining the size tent required for your event is best provided by speaking with a consultant to identify the right size guests count. Depending on how many guests in the wedding party, how many bars, gift tables, stage and any other items that may be located under the tent could increase the size of the tent.
