Every event gets a free CAD layout. You see the tables, the floor, and the walking room on paper before your date, not after the truck arrives in your driveway.
That drawing is also where access problems surface. A layout that works on paper still has to get through your gate, which is easier to solve four weeks out than on delivery morning.

Small orders work differently. Tables, chairs, and linens can be picked up at our counter and returned by you. Tents always come with our crew — that part isn’t optional, because anchoring a tent isn’t a customer job.

Both — there’s no minimum event size. Members of the Simpson Creek Farms North community who saw our tents at the annual event have booked us for their own backyard get-togethers. A small backyard tent gets the same crew and the same setup and takedown as a 200-guest tent.
Q. Can you set up in an HOA common area or a parking lot instead of a private yard?
Yes. We tent grass, concrete, and patio surfaces, and each gets the anchoring method that suits it. Have the property owner’s or association’s approval in hand before your delivery date, since we install where you tell us to install.
