Cleaning and Rental Process

Our detailed and trained linen room staff will prepare the orders by pulling the necessary linens, tagging them with your information and quantity, and allocating a “dirty laundry bag” for your linens. First, linens are prepared specifically for you. Secondly, once our staff delivers the linens, they will be ready for use. Thirdly, after your event is over, you can place the dirty linens in the “dirty linen bag”; it’s that easy. Fourth, our delivery staff will pick up the linens; once the linens are picked up, they are returned by our staff to our linen room. Fifth, each linen is inspected, counted, and checked in.

The linens are then separated into like colors and cleaned in our industrial washing machine. Once the linens are cleaned and run through our dryer, those linens are sent thru a second quality check; they are laid out and inspected to ensure all stains have been removed. Finally, they have been rechecked, they are placed in a bag and then returned to our laundry racks to be rented out again.
