Sharon Woods — Part of the Hamilton County Great Parks system in Sharonville, Sharon Woods offers a gorgeous natural setting with wooded backdrops and open green spaces. It’s a popular spot for couples who want an outdoor feel without leaving the city behind.

Now that you are ready to take the next step in the planning process, give us a call or fill out an event quote. We will work with you to identify your wedding day tent needs. Then take that information to prepare the tent’s size and a custom layout for your wedding. We will prepare and send that information over to you with a quote and a welcome packet that provides more information about our products and services.
Once you have reviewed that information, we can make any adjustments necessary to the quote and layout. Please keep in mind that we can always meet you onsite to review your needs and your wedding flow. After the reservations are booked, guest counts will change. We can always make modifications to your quote and layout up to 1 week in advance. We will schedule your delivery and pick-up time window one week in advance of your wedding. At that time, we would request final numbers to prepare the trucks for your delivery. Our professionally trained delivery staff will install your tent and items so that they are all set for your wedding day. Once your event is over, we will come by and remove the items.

The best feature about a frame tent is that it does not have any center poles, so there are no tent obstructions inside. Below are guidelines or rough estimates for how large of a tent you would need for the corresponding guest’s counts with a dance floor and without. When determining the size tent required for your event is best provided by speaking with a consultant to identify the right size guests count.
Depending on how many guests in the wedding party, how many bars, gift tables, stage, and any other items that may be located under the tent could increase the tent’s size. Q. How far in advance should I book my wedding tent?
To get your reservation locked in, we’ll need your delivery address, a contact name and phone number for the day of the event, a signed copy of the quote and our terms and conditions, and a credit card for the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Q. How much does it cost to rent a wedding tent?
The cost depends on the size of the tent, how many guests you’re hosting, and which accessories you add — things like lighting, sidewalls, flooring, and heating or cooling. The best way to get an accurate number is to fill out our quick quote form or give us a call. We’ll put together a custom layout and a detailed quote at no charge.
Q. What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Our tents are built to handle the weather. If rain is in the forecast, we can add sidewalls to your tent to keep your guests dry and comfortable. We also offer tent gutters for situations where two tents are connected, so water doesn’t collect between them. We keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your event and can help you decide on the right setup.
Q. How much space do I need for the tent?
It depends on the type of tent. A frame tent — which is what we typically recommend for weddings — only needs about 2 extra feet on each side for anchoring. A pole tent needs 5 extra feet on each side. When you call us for a quote, we’ll ask about your space so we can make sure the tent fits comfortably.
Q. When will the tent be delivered and picked up?
For weekend events, we typically deliver on Thursday or Friday and pick everything up on Monday or Tuesday. If you need a different time window, just let us know — we can often work around special requests.
