As Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana start to open back up for business, we wanted to detail how we will enable our customers to conduct events, support employees and transition back to our daily routines. We have made some modifications to our policies, pricing and operational procedures to assist our community during this time.
UPdated Policies during Covid-19
During these unprecedented times, we have made temporary adjustments to our booking policies. We have adjusted two major policies in our terms and conditions because we understand that everyone is in “limbo” for their events.
- Elimination of Non-Refundable Deposit: We have eliminated the 50% non-refundable deposit requirement for any event being booked in 2020. We will book your event, allocate the inventory for your event and not require a deposit.
- Date Flexibility: We are offering more flexibility with dates. If for some reason you want to move an event out because of COVID-19, you can.

Discounted Long Term Rental Pricing
For those customers who are looking for monthly rentals we are offering special pricing providing at least one week free in the rental. Please contact us to receive a custom quote.
Ancillary Items, Tables and Chair Rentals
Contactless Delivery Procedures
Our delivery staff will be able to deliver, set up and remove any items with no contact to you or your staff. Working with you, we can set up an overview map for where the tent will be placed prior to delivery. Drop off locations can also be marked onsite for clarification. All communication for drop off can be made via phone prior or on site during the delivery.
Covid-19 Hours of Operation
Delivery and Pick Up: Our delivery staff will still be available for delivery and pick up Monday – Sunday.
Customer Pick Up and Drop Off: Our office hours for customer pick up and drop off are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
Our showroom is temporarily closed. We will be happy to set up a virtual meeting to discuss any details.
