Academy Rental Group’s 40×80 high peak pole engineered tent rentals will make your wedding a stand out event! We build our tents to meet the specifications of 3 sec gust of wind at 90mph; as a result, they comply with most minimum building requirements in case you need to pull a permit.

Our bright white 40’x80′ high peak tent rental will comfortably seat up to 184 guests with a dance floor, head table, food tables, etc. For customers who do not require a dance floor, our High Peak Tents seat between 256 – 320 guests. This style tent contains 3 – 21′ center poles and is staked every 10′ around the perimeter requiring a 55’x95’x 23′ flat grassy, unobstructed area.

We recommend engineered tents when a location requires a tent permit. In our experience, requirements to get a tent permit vary depending the location of your event. If you would like tables, chairs and tent sides you may order them a-la-carte. We do not recommend staking into asphalt at a residential location but we can do it at commercial locations with prior approval from the customer or the venue. For your convenience, we include the set up and take down in the price of the tent rental. However, delivery, pick up, and taxes are additional.

We install pole tents with 42″ stakes driven into the ground. Please check that any private utility lines, sprinkler systems, geothermal or any other underground lines are marked before the installation. If you find there are underground lines present, please notify Academy Rental Group prior to your event.

We’re happy to contact OUPS prior to installation with a 96hr advance booking of your installation date. You are responsible for contacting local municipalities for tent permit requirements. Permit requirements may alter your tent rental capacity.
