10x10 High Peak Tent (8 Guests)

Add an elegant flare to any event with high peak tents! The 10×10 high frame tent rental provides 100sq feet of additional space. It comfortably seats 8 guests at 1 – 60″ round or 1 – 8′ banquet tables. Frame tents can be anchored by stakes, water barrels, concrete anchors or a combination on asphalt, concrete or in grass. It has no obstructions or center poles in the middle and is staked 3′ out on the perimeter requiring a 13’x13’x 16′ T area. If we are unable to stake the tent in any location, approx. 2- 440# weighted anchors (concrete or water barrels) would be required for anchoring.

We do not include tables, chairs and tent sides in the cost of a tent rental.

If you would like tables, chairs and tent sides you may order them a-la-carte. Tent Rental cost includes set up and take down; delivery, pick up and taxes not included. Frame Tents require 10 LBS of resistance per square ft according to most municipalities codes.

We offer Water Barrels and/or concrete anchors at an additional cost. We do not recommend staking into asphalt at a residential location but can be done at commercial location with prior approval from the customer/location.

We are able to backfill the holes with blacktop once the stake is removed @ $5/hole. Please have any private utility lines, sprinkler systems, geothermal or any other items underground marked prior to installation and notify Academy Rental Group if any are in the area of the tent placement. On your behalf we will contact OUPS prior to installation with a 96hr advance booking of your installatioin date. Customer is responsible for contacting local municipalities for tent permit requirements. Permit requirements may require altering tent capacity to meet local requirements.
