We put together layout recommendations, product suggestions, and a detailed quote. For bigger events, we create free CAD drawings so you can see the setup before the day.
Our crew arrives before your event, handles the full install, and comes back after to break it all down — so you can spend your time with your guests.
Our flagship service
We carry pole tents, frame tents, high peak tents, clear top tents, and festival booths, from 8-person setups to 500+ guest structures. Every tent includes professional setup and takedown and an onsite consultation.
Whether your event is on grass, concrete, or a patio, we have an anchoring method that works. Our crew handles all of it.
Party equipment rental
We also rent furniture for corporate conventions, trade shows, and business meetings — conference tables, lounge setups, and booths — and can bundle it all into a single order.

We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks before your event. For May, June, or September — our busiest months — book 2 to 3 months out for the best selection. Weddings and large corporate events should book earlier. We can sometimes fill last-minute orders, but peak-season selection is limited.
Every rental includes delivery and pickup. Tents also include professional setup and takedown by our crew. Tables, chairs, and linens are delivered and picked up on your schedule, with optional setup and takedown if you prefer.
Plan for about 10 square feet per guest for a seated event. A 20×20 tent fits about 32 guests with tables; a 40×60 fits around 192. Our staff helps you pick sizes based on your guest count and what goes under the tent.

Yes. We have a customer pickup location at 116 Marion Road in Cincinnati. Smaller orders like tables, chairs, and linens can be picked up and returned by you. Tents and larger items need our crew for delivery and installation.
That is not a problem. You can add items, remove items, or adjust quantities as your plans change. We ask for your final numbers at least one week before delivery so we can prepare everything.
