Event Rental Services
Along with tents, we carry a full inventory of rental products for any event. Tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, staging, pipe and drape, lighting, heating, cooling, food service equipment, and outdoor games. Everything is cleaned, inspected, and delivered by our team.
We also provide furniture rental for corporate conventions, trade shows, and business meetings. Conference tables, lounge setups, and booth configurations are all available with full delivery and setup.

Q. How far ahead should I book my event rental order?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event. If your date falls in May, June, or September — our busiest months — booking 2 to 3 months out gives you the best product selection. Weddings and large corporate events should book even earlier. We can sometimes fill last-minute orders, but selection is limited during peak season.
Q. What is included when I rent from Academy Rental Group?
Every rental includes delivery to your location and pickup after your event. Tents also include professional setup and takedown by our crew. Tables, chairs, and linens are delivered and picked up on your schedule. We also offer optional setup and takedown for tables and chairs if you prefer not to handle that yourself.
Q. How do I figure out what size rental products I need for my guest count?
Plan for about 10 square feet per guest for a seated event. A 20×20 tent fits about 32 guests with tables. A 40×60 fits around 192. Our staff can help you pick the right sizes based on your guest count and what you want under the tent — food tables, a dance floor, a stage, or just seating. We also create free CAD layouts so you can see the setup before your event.
Q. Do you deliver outside of Cincinnati?
Yes. We deliver throughout Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding area. We regularly serve Mason, West Chester, Loveland, Fairfield, Anderson Township, Indian Hill, Sharonville, Blue Ash, and Liberty Township. Q. Can I pick up rental items myself instead of having them delivered?
Yes. We have a customer pickup location at 116 Marion Road in Cincinnati. Smaller orders like tables, chairs, and linens can be picked up and returned by you. Tents and larger items require our crew for delivery and installation.
Q. What happens if I need to change my order after I book?
That is not a problem. Our team stays in touch with you throughout the planning process. You can add items, remove items, or adjust quantities as your plans change. We ask that you give us your final numbers at least one week before delivery so we can prepare everything.
